6. Articulation: Sloppy/Mumbling -- to -- Clear/Distinct

7. Manner: Tense/Nervous -- to -- Confident/Enthusiastic

8. Gestures: Artifical/Distracting -- to -- Natural/Evocative

9. Body Movement: Awkward/Random -- to -- Purposeful/Smooth

10. Eye Contact: Should Improve -- to -- Established Visual Bonds
